Jake has been an excellent support since meeting him at his guided group meditation class. He allows for sharing of experiences and I felt doing so would lead to even greater awareness and have received amazing insight and feedback since this time. I scheduled a Zoom consult w/ Jake and knew it was the right decision to book my first hypnotherapy appointment, also, which I was able to do in the comfort of my own home. This helped me feel relaxed, and being in a familiar space, my own environment, allowed me to take in the full experience and relax even deeper, deeper, deeper...

While I never felt "passed out" or "asleep," he tapped into a subconscious or super-conscious level, while I was still aware of what I was sharing with Jake. He encouraged me to open up in a different way to unlock possible blocks or barriers that have been holding me back from realizing my full potential...

I believe through the regression (past) and progression (future) therapy that I was able to see the source of one of those blocks and also begin to understand how to overcome it, and what my future life will look like. For me, it wasn't about finding a cure, but gaining better clarity in the present moment based on my past, and Jake helped to bring me back to my childhood skiing experiences which filled me with so much joy and resulted in new experiences, while blazing my own trail (on the ski mountain) even at a young age (beginning in 3rd grade).

Without Jake's guidance and support- I'm not sure I would have been able to go back there, the way in which I did, which was important to me. Jake is authentic, raw, and real, and I believe these traits not only make him relatable, but trustworthy as a hypnotherapist. His voice is calm, he asks the right questions, and listens intently.

I would encourage anyone seeking to get themselves "unstuck" to meet w/ Jake. After our session yesterday I felt reawakened and just a few hours later I was able to take on a meeting with a prospective client in a new business- and secure the business.
